Acura Automotive Parts (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides an online marketplace for OEM and aftermarket Acura parts, including fitment verification for each model year, to registered users (“you”, “your”) residing in the United States. By creating an account or accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which govern account termination, content removal, and data handling. The Company was founded in 2018 and reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use after amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate, suspend, or restrict your account immediately, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) violation of any provision of these Terms; (b) submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration; (c) fraudulent activity, including but not limited to unauthorized resale, counterfeit part listings, or misuse of payment information; (d) repeated failure to comply with fitment verification standards; or (e) any activity that threatens the security, integrity, or reputation of the Site. Upon termination, all access privileges are revoked, and any outstanding balances become immediately due and payable.
Content removal may be initiated by the Company at its sole discretion. This includes, without limitation, product listings, user reviews, images, or any other material that (i) infringes intellectual property rights, (ii) contains false or deceptive claims about part compatibility, (iii) violates applicable law, or (iv) is deemed spam, offensive, or otherwise harmful to the community. We will provide notice of removal when feasible, and you may appeal the decision by contacting us through the Contact Us page within fourteen (14) days of the notice.
Regarding data handling, we collect, store, and process personal information solely for the purpose of operating the marketplace, verifying fitment, processing transactions, and complying with legal obligations. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We retain account and transaction records for a minimum of seven (7) years, after which data will be securely deleted unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Acura Automotive Parts concerning the subjects herein. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. All disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the United States, applying the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated.
